Emmanuel Coffy

Managing Partner


Emmanuel Coffy is a registered Patent Attorney and former Patent Examiner. Mr. Coffy is an inventor and had a long career as a Digital Design Engineer. During his career as an Engineer, he held position such as Lead Design Engineer. He supervised the U.S. Air Force’s largest network (Cape Canaveral – NASA) capable of supporting two (2) simultaneous launches. His practice emphasizes patent application preparation, prosecution, and enforcement in the electronic arts, including Business Methods Patents and Design Patents. Mr. Coffy has extensive experience in digital technologies, computer networks, and information technologies as well as device physics, which includes semiconductor applications. Mr. Coffy co-invented a device called the “Low Friction Apparatus” issued as U.S. Patent No. 8,585,092. He also has experience in re-examination, litigation support, patent infringement assessment, patentability opinion letters, cease-and-desist letters, demand letters and due diligence. Mr. Coffy also advises clients on intellectual property strategy, licensing, trademark, trade secret, copyright and related unfair competition/deceptive advertising issues.

Fritzner L. Altidor, Esq. CPA

Fritzner Altidor has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate financial service sector where he held many different positions working in Corporate Tax Planning, Compliances and Audits. As an attorney, Fritzner has provided technical guidance on various tax compliance issues, audit functions as well as assisted with tax due diligence efforts on acquisitions, mergers, and disposition of assets. He has counseled clients on various types of business structures and has drafted partnership/operating agreements.

As an accountant, he has prepared/reviewed tax provisions, federal, state and local tax returns, including partnerships and trusts. He also advises on wills, trusts and estate matters. He has also provided advisory, consulting and accounting services to non-for profits. Fritzner has also extensive experiences with immigration matters.

Ralph Gerstein

As an attorney for more than 30 years, Ralph is a co-author of two books, one on education law and one on real estate law. In addition, he has authored or co-authored numerous articles on a wide range of legal areas, including school law, business law, antitrust law, sports law, white collar criminal defense, legal ethics, and insider trading.  He also is has been a speaker at bar association, college and community programs on such topics as special education, sports law and civil rights law, and welcomes opportunities to speak before community groups on legal topics.

Ralph has experience in both litigation and transactional work- contract law and litigation, real estate, employment law, business organizations (corporations, partnerships, and LLCs), general civil litigation and education law. His education law practice includes representation of parents in special education disputes (K-12), representation of college students seeking disability accommodations, defense of disciplinary proceedings, civil rights (including the gender equality statute known as Title IX) and employment rights of teachers and staff.
